Fox–Tönende Wochenschau

 

This 1940 Fox Wochenschau newsreel was awarded the film predicate "nationally and artistically worthy"  by the Propaganda Ministry  ––  as referenced in this letter to cinema owners from the German Fox Films office in Berlin. This letter, and the film's very rare censorship card, are in the Gillespie Collection, as seen below:
